      • End credit certification can only be determined after production has been screened and all field reports regarding the proper care and treatment of the animal(s) are reviewed. The content of the End Credit Certification will be at the discretion of American Humane Society, conditional on satisfactory conditions as determined by American Humane Society and our availability to be present on set.
    • To be eligible for the No Animals Were Harmed® end credit certification, production must agree to engage AHS’s services and sign a contract pursuant to the following Terms. You will have the option to accept, decline or defer your decision below.

      Terms of Fee-For-Service:

      • A daily flat rate of $1200/day or $600/half‐day is charged for each American Humane Society Certified Animal Safety Representative (“CASR”) to monitor animal action.

      • A half‐day is defined as 6 hours on set or fewer in a day.

      • Commuting to set mileage, current annual Internal Revenue Service Standard Mileage Rate.

      • For idle days, when a CASR has travelled to location and there is no animal action, you may travel the CASR back home or keep him/her on location for a charge of $600/day per CASR.

      • Travel days are billed at $35/hour for reasonable travel time for any days when a CASR travels for the production, but is not on set. Maximum travel time billed is 8 hours.

      • Travel expenses will continue to be covered by Non-Union productions in addition to the on-set fee:
Mileage at current annual Internal Revenue Service Standard Mileage Rate for CASR personal vehicle use, plus additional reasonable travel expenses as necessary: e.g., airfare/train/etc., hotel, per diem (CONUS Rates may apply), car rental (including gas reimbursement, rather than mileage).
